About Project:
Mr Ahmad asked us to replace their problematic Magento website with new modern and automated eCommerce website.
The main aim for this project was to re-gain ECO customers faith in ordering online and receiving what they have ordered. In the past customers were often let down by old website not showing correct stock figures and prices being wrong.
We have created new attractive page, which is accessible only for authorised users and ALWAYS showing correct stock and prices. Web-orders getting imported automatically to their Sage system keeping to the minimum staff involvement into the online part of the business.
We have done few custom mods including online return form allowing to upload pictures, automatic stock extracts ready for upload to customers websites and many modifications to the webpage layout to achieve required UX.
